Who are these guys?

Who are these guys anyway? Road Race Replicas is just one hardworking guy, formerly from the midwest and in 2011, my wife and I made a big move to the great Northwest in Washington!  I am here full time everyday to make the world's largest variety of replacement and custom parts for Aurora and Tyco H.O. slot cars!  Hi, I'm Phil Pignon, the owner and we make every effort to ensure your parts are shipped as fast as we can make and pack them.  Road Race Replicas started out as a small basement operation, and then in 1993 my wife and I moved RRR to Southwest Missouri, near Springfield, to the "beauty and serenity of the Ozarks".  We were in Missouri for 25 years and decided to make a move to the beautiful Pacific Northwest area.  As you can see, we have now moved to Poulsbo, WA and are looking forward to some great times and products made in the Pacific Northwest.  We have a special shop here too in Poulsbo, WA.  It is shipping orders as fast as we can fill them.

Just like most of us, I had H.O. slots in my youth, then girls and full sized cars came.  I lost interest in my slot cars, but found them again reliving the great times of my youth.  Basically my renewed interest in slot car collecting started in 1992 and is strictly H.O. slots.   I specialize in Aurora Thunderjets, and AFX (imagine that!) but my favorite part of H.O. collecting is the customizing.  My favorite car is a T-jet Dragula I scratch-built a many years ago, but I always enjoy creating something new. My NEW favorite car is "the one I built last week", because it is just so much fun create something else.  If you enjoy custom building too, email me a photo as I always enjoy seeing and collecting other's works.   We'd like to encourage you to try Road Race Replicas and I think you'll find us just about the best thing in H.O. slots since the OLD AutoWorld (not the new one)!

I do all of the car design work, decal artwork, wheel design, web page layout & design, photography, pad printing, painting, molding, mold making, sorting, packing, shipping, order entry, testing, housekeeping & maintenance here at RRR....and I'm sure I forgot something.  So, please be patient when calling and leave a message if I don't answer immediately.  Thanx!  Phil
